If your order doesn't work for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees, no questions asked.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@deskorahome.com with your order number and the items to return.
  2. We reply within 1 business day with a return address. US orders over $35 get a prepaid label.
  3. Pack the items and drop off at any carrier; reply with the tracking number.

Refunds

Processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Bank processing may add 1–3 days.

Damaged or wrong items

Email a photo within 7 days of delivery — we send a replacement immediately, no return needed.

Non-returnable

For hygiene reasons, used wrist rests can't be returned. Everything else — yes.

Exchanges

Return the original for a refund and place a new order.
