Welcome to Deskora. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. The store

Deskora is operated by Tomer ("we", "us") as a sole proprietorship in Israel. The store is hosted at deskorahome.com.

2. Products and pricing

We describe products accurately, but minor variations in color, dimension and finish are normal for our materials (felt, bamboo, aluminum). We may correct pricing errors and refuse orders before shipment if a clear mistake was made.

3. Orders

You agree to provide accurate shipping and contact information. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot fulfil — refunded in full.

4. Shipping and returns

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights under applicable consumer law.

6. Intellectual property

The Deskora name, photography and site copy are our property. Product designs remain their manufacturers' property.

7. Marketing

Newsletter is optional; unsubscribe from any email. We comply with CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

8. Disputes

Email support@deskorahome.com first — most issues resolve within days. Otherwise governed by the laws of Israel.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the last update.
