Free US shipping on orders over $75. Orders ship within 2 business days, with standard delivery in 10–14 days (longer for remote areas). International rates and times are calculated at checkout.
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated within 7 days, email us — we'll chase it down.
Returns
If your order isn't a fit, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. No restocking fees, no questions asked.
How to return
- Email support@deskorahome.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with a return address (and a prepaid label for US orders over $35).
- Pack the items and drop off at any carrier.
- Your refund processes within 5 business days of receipt, to the original payment method.
Damaged or wrong item?
Email a photo to support@deskorahome.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement immediately — no need to return the original.
